Substitutions
If we are missing an item you requested in your order, we will substitute it with another item of equal value and function. This is usually because we may be out of stock on an item and need to ship your order out in a timely manner. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If your item is damaged during shipping, contact USPS to file a claim regarding your order. We ship using USPS Priority Mail which has up to $100 insurance coverage included in the price of postage and additional postage may be purchased at any Post Office in increments up to $5,000. Visit USPS.com for more information regarding package insurance.
